Mohegan Sun, in Uncasville, Connecticut, has partnered with Blade, an app which crowdsources helicopter rides from New York City to various destinations in the Northeast, to offer round-trip flights from Blade’s terminal in Midtown Manhattan. The 112-mile trip takes about 45 minutes, and will be offered every Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting on January 16th.  Tickets start at $625.

“Mohegan Sun is a spectacular property offering epic experiences that should include accessible and efficient transportation via Blade,” says Bobby Soper, president and CEO of Mohegan Sun. “We are incredibly excited to offer our guests a door-to-door crowdsourcing option that meets today’s need for transportation on demand in the most sophisticated way possible.”

Also available will be packages focusing around arena concerts, food and dining occasions and other signature events, the first of which will be a round-trip flight to the casino and  tickets for Linkin Park on January 30th. Other ticket packages in the near future will include tickets to Fleetwood Mac, Ariana Grande and other headliners.
