-Keep interactions positive. Researchers have determined positivity is linked to higher customer satisfaction and productivity levels. -Remember why you do your job. With your mission in mind, there is more reason to be motivated. -Take frequent, effective breaks. Work with intense purpose for an hour, and then rest up for the next burst of productivity. -Focus on asking good questions. It’s one of the best ways to bring people into agreement. Asking questions can also ease social anxiety. -Pause before responding. Before replying to that email, take a moment to gather your thoughts and think rationally.
