In a report compiled by Greenview and Twirl Management, data was collected from 44 venues around the world to provide a comprehensive analysis on food waste, energy efficiency, sustainability and data collection for 2015. Countries with venues that participated in the study included United States, Canada, Germany, France, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Singapore, Australia, Thailand, China and India. Each venue answered 142 survey questions—and although it was not required in order to take the survey, each venue holds sustainability certification or accreditation. Here are some of the most interesting results.
